PAL Spring Sports
PAL Golf: Congratulations to OLA who defended their title from 2011 with a team victory in 2012 and a score of 212! Josh Sedeno from St. Rose was the Boy's Medalist with a 32 and Leslie Young from Sac Country Day and Beah Cruz from SJ Vianney were co-medalists for the Girl's with rounds of 37. We had 159 students participate. Thanks to Charles McCollum and the OLA Parent volunteers who helped put this event on!
PAL Boys Volleyball
Playoffs begin Thursday, May 10 at St. Robert's. Playoff Braket is posted.
PAL Track JV Championship Meet is scheduled for this Saturday, May 12 at Jesuit High School. The meet begins at 10 a.m. and gates will open at 9 a.m.
PAL Varsity Track Championship is scheduled for Sunday, May 20, 2012 to be hosted by Jesuit. The meet begins at 10 a.m. and gates open at 9 a.m.
2012 Track Record: She is doing it again and again! Fiona O'Keefe from St. John Evangelist has lowered her record in the 880 at the most recent practice meet on Sunday, April 22, (in challenging heat conditions) from 2:27 to 2:25.9. And this last weekend, Fionna raced to a new Mile record, lowering her previous record from 5:22.9 to 5:17.1 - amazing performances! Congratulations are in order to a very deserving young lady!
