Congratulations to Evan on a record setting PAL Cross Country Season!

New Course Record: During the first Practice meet, the course was changed due to trails being washed out. Sacramento Country Day student, Evan Cross, set a new PAL course record of 7:03 over the 1.25 mile course at Granite Park. This course record will be recognized ALONG with the record set by Fiona O'Keefe (see below) and Trystan Martin due to the different courses. See the updated Course Records.

New Girls Record: Fiona O'Keefe shattered the old Girl's course record on the Jesuit High School site. The previous record was 8:34 set in 2009 by Alexis Reiger of St. James in 2009.

2010 - Special Note: Congratulations to Fiona O'Keefe, of St. John Evangelist, on setting the new PAL Cross Country course record (for Boys and Girls) at Granite Regional Park on 9/19/10. Her time of 7:04 beat the previous mark, set in 2008, by Tristyn Martin of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton.

The Cross Country program will be a Junior Varisty and Varsity level offering which allows students (boys and girls) 5th and 6th grade (JV) and 6th through 8th grade (Varsity) to participate.
