Special Note:

Congratulations to Fiona O'Keefe from St. John Evangelist and Michael Titherington from OLA for breaking PAL Track records during the April Practice meets. Fiona "doubled-up" setting records in the Girls 800 and Mile. Ms. O'Keefe broke her own record in the 800 improving her time from 2:28.2 to 2:27 and shattered the previous mile mark of 5:32.2, established by Muller from Holy Rosay in 1997 as Fiona went 5:22.2! Michael blasted past the previous record for Boys Shot Put with an almost four (4) foot improvement over his record set last year of 43' 3.75" to 47' 2.75". Congratulations to these two outstanding young athletes and their coaches!

Special Congratulations to Sydney Hunter of St. Robert's who also broke the 440 yard PAL record for the Girl's at the PAL Track Championship on Saturday, May 14 on her way to winning the Female Athlete of the Meet award.

The Cancellation Notice page will be updated as necessary pending evaluation of the track prior to all practice and scored meets.
