URGENT!

PAL Track Championship Meet Time Change:

1) Mile Race will start at 8:30 a.m. Runners, coaches and spectators may arrive beginning at 8 a.m. Girls first, Boys follow.

2) The rest of the meet and events will begin according to schedule at 9 a.m. Facility will open at 8 a.m. Please be aware of our neighbors regarding NOISE and parking!

 

2009 PAL Track Notice:

Dates and meet information have been updated. Coaches list is current. Meet results will be updated upon completion of the event.

Spring Sports may begin practice on March 2, 2009

PAL Track Practice Meets: April 5, 19, 26

PAL Relays: May 3 (re-scheduled to May 13!)

PAL JV Track Championship: May 9

PAL Varsity Track Championship: May 17

Coaches: Please remember to register your team for the championship meet using the * registration instructions llisted on the pull down menu to your left.

 

The Cancellation Notice page will be updated as necessary pending evaluation of the track prior to all practice and scored meets.
